Standard Cloth Orders
Standard cloth products may be available for direct checkout.
Customers should confirm table size, color, and quantity before payment.
Custom Logo Cloth Orders
Custom logo cloth requires manual review and design confirmation.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Company name
- Logo file
- Table size
- Color selection
- Quantity
- Design instructions
A design mockup may be provided before production.
Production will begin only after the customer confirms the design and quote.
Once production begins, custom logo orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed production defect or error caused by CHOWKEE.
Fully Custom Printed Cloth Orders
Fully custom printed cloth is made according to the customer’s artwork, graphics, photos, advertising designs, or custom brand requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use any logos, images, artwork, trademarks, or designs submitted to CHOWKEE.
CHOWKEE is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes related to customer-submitted materials.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed on the website unless otherwise stated.
Custom orders may require manual quotation based on size, design, quantity, and production requirements.
We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or technical issues.
Production and Delivery
Production time and delivery time are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CHOWKEE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, incorrect shipping information, holidays, weather, or events outside our control.
Order Approval
For custom orders, customers must carefully review and approve all design details before production.

Once approved, the order will be produced according to the confirmed design.
